An automobile can be partially seen on the street, in the lower right-hand corner of the photograph. There are two signs for the business located on the building, reading, "Fern's Furniture Co. Warehouse, Salesroom 53 - 55 No. Pearl Street." Three individual signs on the second floor each read, "Buy of Fern Pay as You Earn." There are two separate businesses located on the ground floor of this building: "Clare's Bird Store and Seed Store" and "Oneida County Creameries Co." No date is given for this photograph.
